Marcus Morgan and Rhys Highett, both 15, were awarded the National Rescue Medal.The pair was recognised for rescuing a 13-year-old boy who had been swept out to sea by a rip at Goolwa Beach.It was all the more extraordinary given it was the West Beach and Novar Gardens residents’ first rescue….
