Coyte and Brown named in WBBL|06 Team of the Tournament | Adelaide Strikers

Coyte finished the tournament with 18 wickets, the equal-highest alongside Melbourne Stars international Natalie Sciver. Coyte’s best figures came against Hobart Hurricanes on 17 November when she claimed 3/10 from just three overs. A truly dominant performance, the right arm quick was also involved in a crucial run-out in the same game.

Coyte didn’t limit her contributions to the ball or in the field, the veteran also scored some vital lower-order runs for the Strikers, including some huge sixes against Brisbane Heat on 7 November.

With the Team of the Tournament selected in line with WBBL playing conditions and designed to play a genuine fixture, Coyte lines up at number eight.
